Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line technical support, including B2B support for internal users
  • Analyze, diagnose, and reproduce complex technical incidents
  • Perform initial troubleshooting of web applications using DevTools and APIs
  • Analyze logs in ELK Stack and monitoring data in Grafana to identify root causes
  • Work with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse and use SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
  • Validate basic UI elements and core business functionality
  • Create detailed bug reports and track issues through the bug-tracking system
  • Process and route alerts and participate in incident management
  • Collaborate with L1 Support, Development, QA, DevOps, and Information Security teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, software support, or a related technical role
  • Hands-on experience with ELK Stack and Grafana
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
  • Ability to write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis
  • Strong DevTools skills, including Console and Network, HTTP request and response analysis, status codes, and headers
  • Understanding of HTTP and REST API principles
  • Experience with bug-tracking systems and writing clear, actionable bug reports
  • Experience handling alerts and technical incidents
  • Experience working with JQL
