Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong IT recruitment expertise — someone who knows how to find hard-to-reach Senior and Lead talent, understands technical roles and stacks, and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Source Senior- and Lead-level IT professionals through professional platforms, tech communities, social media, networking, and alternative channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical background, soft skills, and motivation
• Own the candidate journey from the first conversation through to their first day on the team
• Support new hires throughout onboarding and adaptation
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to align on candidate profiles and hiring needs
• Continuously grow our talent pipeline and professional network
• Contribute to improving and optimizing our recruitment processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting Senior- and Lead-level IT professionals
• A proven track record of successfully hiring hard-to-find technical talent across different markets
• Advanced sourcing skills across professional platforms, social media, Boolean Search, and alternative sourcing channels
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and common technology stacks
• Ability to understand technical requirements and discuss candidate profiles confidently with technical leads
• A strong professional network within the tech community
• Strong ability to assess candidates' soft skills and motivation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Empathy and the ability to build rapport with different types of people
• A strong interest in growing your expertise in IT recruitment
• Interest in iGaming or the willingness to quickly get up to speed with the industry
