Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and the drivers behind changes in key metrics
• Conduct product analysis and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business
• Own A/B tests end-to-end: contribute to hypothesis development, define success metrics, ensure experiment quality, and interpret results
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and help teams make data-informed decisions
• Build data marts for analytical and reporting needs
• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau
• Use SQL and Python to process, explore, and analyze data
• Present insights and recommendations to product teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business language and support recommendations with data

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working independently with large datasets
• Strong Python skills for data analysis
• Solid knowledge of statistics and the ability to apply it to product and business decisions
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
• Ability to independently structure analytical problems and turn research into clear conclusions and recommendations
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect changes in metrics with their underlying business context
• Experience with data visualization and reporting; Tableau experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate insights to different audiences, from analysts and Product Managers to C-level executives
• A high level of autonomy, critical thinking, and ownership
