Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy
• Set strategic and financial objectives and ensure they are achieved
• Own budgeting, unit economics, and investment efficiency
• Identify international expansion opportunities and new growth markets
• Manage regulatory, financial, and operational risks
• Lead the company's most critical strategic initiatives
• Align products, markets, and business functions around shared objectives
• Drive organizational, operational, and product transformation
• Deliver regular strategic and financial reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CEO, COO, or Executive Director
• Experience leading organizations with 40+ employees
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and expanding into new markets
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading executive leadership teams
• Strong background in defining and executing business strategy
• Ability to make high-impact decisions in fast-paced environments
• A long-term, results-driven leadership mindset
• Full commitment to the role, with no parallel businesses or side ventures
