Responsibilities

Define the company's long-term business strategy and lead its execution
Set strategic and financial objectives, taking full accountability for business performance and results
Take full ownership of P&L, including budget allocation, investment decisions, and unit economics
Identify new growth opportunities and lead strategic decisions on international market expansion
Oversee regulatory, financial, and operational risks across the business
Build and develop a high-performing executive team, including hiring, mentoring, and empowering senior leaders across operational and other key functions
Personally lead high-priority strategic initiatives from planning through execution
Drive organizational, product, and management changes to support business growth and operational effectiveness
Report to company stakeholders on strategic progress, financial performance, and overall business results

Requirements

Proven leadership experience as a CEO, COO, or Managing Director
A demonstrated track record of sustainable business growth and successful expansion into new markets
Experience recruiting, developing, and motivating senior executives and leadership teams
Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into measurable results, from initial concept through execution
Strong judgment and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment, with full accountability for their outcomes
A results-driven mindset with a clear focus on the company's long-term growth and success
Full professional commitment to the role, without concurrent business ventures or side projects
