Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from launch to ongoing development and scaling
• Drive launches across new markets, products, and features
• Make key strategic decisions that shape product direction and business growth
• Initiate and lead projects focused on scaling products and expanding business operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Support, Affiliate, Finance, and Engineering
• Improve operational processes within the team and across departments to increase efficiency and execution speed
• Monitor and analyze key business metrics, tracking performance from traffic acquisition through to LTV and ROI
• Resolve operational challenges, remove blockers, and ensure business priorities are delivered

Requirements

• Proven experience managing iGaming products or projects
• A track record of driving measurable growth in NGR and GGR
• Strong understanding of key iGaming business metrics and the factors influencing product performance
• Hands-on experience launching new iGaming products or scaling existing ones
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple business functions
• Ability to make independent decisions, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of business outcomes
