Senior Project Manager

Position

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of one of our new iGaming products

• Define the product growth strategy, set priorities, and make key business decisions

• Launch initiatives that create sustainable competitive advantages

• Optimize workflows across teams and departments

• Own budget planning and management

• Lead cross-functional teams toward shared business goals

• Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities

• Define KPIs and take ownership of key business metrics

• Provide regular business reporting and performance updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing iGaming products

• Proven track record of launching or scaling successful products

• Strong understanding of the iGaming market, key players, and industry trends

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• An ownership mindset — treating the product as if it were your own business

• Strong focus on driving business growth through measurable results

• Confidence to challenge ideas and defend decisions with clear reasoning

• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 30+ people
