Senior / Tech Lead JVM Developer

Position

We're looking for a Senior / Tech Lead JVM Developer with a strong engineering background — someone who can design solutions independently, make key technical decisions, and own the entire development lifecycle from architecture to production.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and define implementation approaches
• Own the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and production deployment
• Build and evolve high-load services using Java / Kotlin
• Work with message queues and different types of databases
• Use DevOps tools as part of the end-to-end development process
• Support production systems and respond to incidents

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with Java / Kotlin
• Hands-on experience building high-load systems in a product company
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to make technical decisions independently
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools and workflows
