Position

We're looking for a DataOps Engineer who knows how to build reliable infrastructure for Data/ML services, automate complex workflows, and keep systems stable and scalable under load.

Responsibilities

  • Own release operations and ensure infrastructure stability
  • Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate model and infrastructure deployments
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability
  • Set up and evolve monitoring, logging, and observability across infrastructure and ML services
  • Automate infrastructure and operational workflows
  • Build and evolve infrastructure for Data/ML services
  • Improve infrastructure performance, resilience, and efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps / DataOps
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, EKS, and related services
  • Deep understanding of Linux and *nix systems
  • Experience setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud or on-premise environments
  • Experience building and maintaining Helm charts
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Terragrunt, and ArgoCDExperience with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, and VictoriaMetrics
  • Experience with Data infrastructure and tools such as Airflow, Kafka, ClickHouse, Snowflake, and JupyterHub
  • Experience with Vault, Nexus, SQL, and Python
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and experience automating ML development, testing, and deployment pipelines is a plus
  • Experience building automation with Python or Go is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with low-level *nix performance tuning, particularly in cloud environments
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity / AppSec and experience with Wazuh, auditd, or Falco is a plus
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and cost optimization using Karpenter, Kubecost, Infracost, and AWS tagging is a plus
  • Experience with traffic management, ingress, load balancing, and TLS termination using Traefik, Istio, Nginx, and SSL/TLS certificates
