We're looking for a Chief Operating Officer who knows how to turn rapid business growth into a scalable operating model.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the group's operational strategy
- Scale the business through operational excellence and process optimization
- Design and evolve operating models across products and business units
- Lead cross-functional operations and align priorities across teams
- Remove operational bottlenecks and improve cross-department collaboration
- Optimize workflows, delivery processes, and organizational efficiency
- Own resource allocation and maximize operational effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Drive sustainable improvement across key business metrics
- Implement management frameworks, operational standards, and executive reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a C-level leadership role within a digital business
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations of 50+ people
- Proven experience building teams and leading organizational transformations
- Demonstrated success in improving profitability through operational optimization
- Experience optimizing budgets while maintaining business performance
- Strong strategic planning and financial management skills
- Ability to adapt operating models in response to changing market conditions
- Full commitment to the role, with no parallel businesses or side ventures
