Senior Java/Kotlin Developer

Position

We're looking for a Senior Java/Kotlin Developer who wants to shape the technical evolution of our products and build solutions designed for growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
• Take features from idea to production
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making
• Follow engineering best practices, contribute to code reviews, and maintain high code quality
• Mentor teammates, share technical expertise, and help grow a strong engineering culture

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 21 or Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar, and databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, ClickHouse, and others
• Experience with the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Security, Web, Data, Cloud) and RPC technologies (REST, gRPC)
• Solid understanding of designing scalable, fault-tolerant microservice architectures and the trade-offs involved
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
