Position

We're looking for a Product Designer who knows how to turn user needs into product experiences that drive meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android, taking into account user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Collaborate with the team to generate ideas, analyze competitors, and validate product hypotheses
  • Analyze and improve existing user flows based on data and user feedback
  • Create detailed, interactive prototypes and define key interface states
  • Develop modern UI concepts with strong attention to typography, layout, and visual details
  • Maintain and evolve the product’s design system and visual language
  • Work with analysts to evaluate solution effectiveness after release, identify bottlenecks in user funnels, and propose improvements
  • Ensure high-quality design implementation during development
  • Present and justify design decisions while collaborating closely with the Team Lead, Product Manager, Business Analyst, UX Writer, QA, and developers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-driven digital companies
  • A portfolio showcasing modern mobile or mobile web products with strong UI craftsmanship
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Solid knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design
  • Experience designing complex, data-rich interfaces
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery methodologies, including User Stories, CJM, JTBD, and user research
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to make design decisions based on user research and product data
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your daily design workflow
