Position

We're looking for a Head of Product who can shape product strategy, build high-performing teams, and turn ambitious ideas into sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for our gaming products
• Set product priorities and own the product roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing a consistent product management approach
• Own key product metrics and drive continuous product growth
• Design and optimize product development processes across the entire product lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming or a closely related industry
• Strong understanding of gaming product architecture
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Proven leadership experience in product management
• Strong product planning and delivery management skills
• Solid experience working with product metrics and data-driven decision-making
