Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, from kickoff through successful delivery

Requirements

• Experience launching independent projects, businesses, startups, or initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Experience organizing people and processes through startups, case competitions, hackathons, or volunteer initiatives
• Experience leading teams or coordinating project activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set clear priorities and make well-reasoned decisions
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a business-oriented mindset
• Results-driven approach, high level of commitment, and readiness to fully dedicate yourself to the role without other concurrent professional commitments
